How can I switch between different e-liquid flavors on the same filling machine?
To ensure flavor purity and avoid cross-contamination, follow these steps to clean the system:
1.Replace the liquid contact pipe with a clean one.
2.If your machine is equipped with a servo-driven cleaning function (available in specific configurations), follow this procedure:
Prepare a bucket of clean water.
Insert the pipe into the bucket.
On the touchscreen, tap the “Cleaning” function.
The system will draw water through the pipe and pump to rinse the internal flow path.
Repeat the process several times for thorough cleaning.
