The power unit adopts an electrical-electrical combination structure, using pneumatic components such as those from Taiwan’s Airtac. The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, meeting the requirements of food and pharmaceutical certifications. Sealing components are made of PTFE and silicone materials, offering advantages such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, and excellent sealing. It is an ideal choice for filling equipment in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, daily chemical, oil, and pesticide industries. The filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within the machine model range according to user needs, with high filling accuracy.

Spiral ribbon mixer ensures uniform mixing of materials before filling, resulting in more even filling, improved filling accuracy, and no separation.
Patented filling valve technology allows for excellent passage of large-particle sauces, addressing the shortcomings of ordinary sauce filling machines on the market.
The filling nozzle uses an anti-drip design, preventing dripping and stringing, and avoiding secondary contamination.
