Features:

1. This machine is a fully automatic, high-speed transparent film packaging machine that utilizes a push-type packaging method. All wrapping and heat-sealing operations are performed by cam drive, resulting in high speed and stable operation.

2. Items of varying sizes can be packaged by simply changing the mold. A newly designed quick-adjustment mechanism makes mold changes quick and easy.

3. This machine utilizes an all-aluminum alloy film cutting blade holder and a single rotating film cutting blade, ensuring precise and smooth film cutting. The film cutting mechanism does not need to be replaced for large or small products.

4. The packaging speed is adjustable using a frequency converter, reaching 40 to 100 packages per minute, depending on the packaged item.

5. A double-sided wrinkle shaping device ensures a more fitted and aesthetically pleasing film packaging.

6. A new quick-release pull-cord reel and a composite self-adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting seal ensure true anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof operation.

7. Two feeding mechanisms are available: automatic feed and manual feed. The automatic feed can be integrated into a fully automated unmanned production line.

8. The automatic feed mechanism features a cassette-free shutdown function, a torque overload protection device, and a double-layer blow-up assist film lowering device.

9. The machine utilizes an imported stainless steel integrated panel, a top-mounted integrated electrical box, and an all-aluminum door that opens onto the tailgate.

10. The entire machine is equipped with an acrylic safety cover.
