How it works

Containers with aluminum-foil-lined caps pass beneath the electromagnetic induction head on a conveyor belt.

The heated foil melts its lower polymer film layer, seamlessly bonding the foil onto the container neck to create a hermetic, leak-proof seal.

The induction head generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field, creating instantaneous thermal energy in the aluminum foil.
