CX-GFT Nail polish filling capping machine
1. The filling is diving filling, and driven by servo motor(connect the ceramic pump and your storage tank directly with a tube)
2. Pick and place with brush inserting system: brushes are fed by the vibration hopper to the stoppering station, then automatically pick the brushes and insert it into the bottle.
3. Pick and place with pre capping system: caps are fed by vibration hopper to the stoppering station, then automatically pick the caps and put on top of bottle then pre capping.
4. Capping: no break the cap with reasonable torgue
Nail polish bottle labeling machine, usually choose the following equipment, the specific machine selection needs to be based on the shape of the container, the size of the container, label size to decide. For some specially shaped nail polish bottles, a bottle holder may be required to assist in labeling.
