Description：
The Roll-On Perfume Bottle filling and capping machine is an integrated solution designed for precise liquid filling, cap feeding, and sealing of small-volume Roll-On Perfume bottles ranging from 2ml to 5ml. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and healthcare industries where accuracy and product consistency are essential.
This machine adopts a mesh belt conveyor combined with a screw bottle feeding system, ensuring stable and reliable bottle transfer throughout the production process. Equipped with a four-pump filling system, it effectively minimizes foaming and prevents dripping, delivering clean and accurate filling results.
The capping system utilizes electromagnetic vibration for cap feeding, significantly improving cap placement efficiency and ensuring a high capping success rate. The advanced three-blade flexible capping head guarantees precise positioning, resulting in tightly sealed and aesthetically consistent caps without deformation, misalignment, or loose fitting.
Designed with an integrated filling and sealing structure, the machine offers a compact footprint and efficient workflow. It also features intelligent safety functions, such as no bottle–no filling and no cap–no capping, ensuring stable and reliable operation in continuous production environments.
