Uses And Introduction

CX-GFT12 High speed filling machine was adopt Straight-line tracking filling type and multihead capping,The whole process is running balance and improve the quality.

The complete filling line are made up of bottle unscrambler,conveyor,locating device,filling system,cap unscrambler conveyor,press cap,screw cap,bottle outlet,machine frame,RABS(Restrict access to the isolation system) and controlling parts.

Through the star wheel and bottle feeding to finish the plate positioning one by one,CAM driven drive the needles move up and down filling ,cap unscrambler conveying ,puting cap automatically,then machine tracking the prosess finish screw capping.Finally finish bottle outlet.
