CX-RT Double-Head Tax stamp labeling machine

This advanced system is designed to apply stack-fed tax stamps (not on reels) to cylindrical cans using hot melt glue, ensuring strong adhesion and compliance with excise requirements.

Installed after the main labeling station, it fits seamlessly into your existing packaging line without disrupting workflow.

A built-in camera or mark detection sensor identifies a precise reference point on each can, allowing accurate and consistent stamp placement every time.

Additionnally:

Pre-perforated tax stamps can be used and should be aligned with the lid line for proper opening and compliance.

A post-process verification system may be added to check stamp positioning accuracy and ensure the correct stamp is applied based on the target market.

Step 1: take the vacuum suction label of the cylinder;

Step 2: The suction head moves to the upper part of the marking cylinder through the module to suck the label;

Step 3: The suction head moves to the top of the dispensing machine nozzle through the module;

Step 4: PLC sends signals to spray glue automatically;

Step 5: The product is detected by the sensor through the conveying fixture and runs to the lower part of the labeling cylinder;

Step 6: labeling cylinder completes labeling;
