Characteristics:

The CX-TGFT Nicotine Ampoule Filling and Sealing Production Line is a fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine designed for the continuous packaging of liquid products in small plastic ampoules. It integrates film unwinding, ampoule forming, liquid filling, batch marking, sealing, tail cutting, punching and slitting into one automated production process.

PLC control, stepless frequency conversion adjustment.
Seven workstations, including unwinding, plastic molding, filling, batch marking, tail cutting, punching, and slitting, are automatically completed by the program.
The human-machine interface device is easy and clear to operate.
The filling head shall not leak, form foam or overflow.
All parts in contact with the medicinal solution are made of high-quality stainless steel materials, which comply with GMP standards.
The main pneumatic components and electrical appliances use imported accessories.
There are two types of automatic filling systems, electronic peristaltic pump and mechanical filling, with small measurement accuracy and error.

The packaging film is automatically unwound and formed into ampoules before the filling stage. The liquid is then accurately dosed into each formed container, followed by sealing, batch marking, tail cutting, punching and final slitting. All seven workstations are controlled and coordinated by the PLC system, allowing the complete process to operate continuously with minimal manual intervention.
