Introduction
This liquid filling, plugging, and screw capping machine is designed for 10–120 ml bottles, integrating automatic bottle unscrambling, filling, plugging, cap feeding, and screw capping into one compact system.
It adopts a high-precision CAM indexer, ensuring accurate positioning, smooth operation, and zero clearance during indexing.
The machine uses a high-precision piston pump for accurate and adjustable filling, with easy cleaning and maintenance. It supports no bottle no filling, no bottle no plugging, and no cap no capping functions to reduce waste and ensure stable production.
The working surface is protected by SUS304 stainless steel, while all liquid-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, fully compliant with GMP standards.
With a mechanical transmission system, the machine operates smoothly with low energy loss and high stability, making it especially suitable for batch production enterprises.
