Algeria Client Visits Our Factory: GMP-Designed Sterile Eye Drops Production Line in Action

Introduction – A Real Factory Visit, Not a Sales Demo

When customers travel thousands of miles to visit the CXM factory, they don’t want brochures or promises.
What they want to see are actual machines in operation, genuine GMP design details, and real production logic.

Recently, we hosted a client from Algeria who visited our production facility to conduct an on-site inspection of our high-speed sterile eye drop filling production line.

CXM Factory

Inside the Sterile Eye Drops Production Line

The client visited our CX-YGF High-Speed Sterile Eye Drops Bottle Filling Machine, designed specifically for ophthalmic solutions and other sterile liquid pharmaceuticals.

During the visit, we walked through the complete line, including:

  • Bottle feeding and transfer under controlled conditions
  • Aseptic filling system with precise dosing control
  • Stoppering and capping under sterile protection
  • Labeling and Cartoning After Filling and Capping

Client Feedback: “Even Better Than a German Supplier”

During the on-site discussion, the client shared direct feedback after reviewing the line in operation:

“From a GMP design perspective, this is even better than what we’ve seen from a German supplier we considered before.”

What mattered most to him was not the brand name, but:

  • How clearly the equipment supports GMP compliance
  • How practical the design is for daily pharmaceutical production
  • How easy the system would be to validate and maintain

A Transparent Visit, A Confident Decision

At the conclusion of this inspection, the client expressed strong confidence in our equipment design and manufacturing capabilities.

Seeing the machines operate in a real factory environment—rather than merely in a product catalog—was the key factor.

Final Thoughts

The purpose of a factory tour is not to persuade clients, but to let the equipment speak for itself.

If you are planning a sterile eye drop production line and wish to evaluate GMP-compliant design solutions in a real-world environment, we invite you to visit our factory—just as our Turkish client did.
